Here the all-American "it" girl of fashion and style, Blake Lively, is wearing a black pea coat with a skinny dark trouser, charcoal handbag and oxfords. She completes her look with a fun, patterned scarf and bright red iPad cover. This Charleston-born Southern girl is one of my favorite celebrities.
